With years of leading position in the sales industry, I have accumulated a large number of customer resources. The recognition of the market, the reputation of the circle of friends, the respect and trust of customers, let me gain the accumulation of capital. However, with the continuous localization of air compressor production, domestic air compressor brands have become very disordered. After the factory was put into operation, in order to quickly show the ability and strength, and quickly gain the recognition and recognition of the market, we started from OEM production and obtained a large number of OEM orders. With the rapid acquisition of orders from many brands, difficulties and problems came one after another: low loyalty and stability of brands, orders given to you today can be given to others tomorrow, so as to reduce the purchase cost by lowering the price of manufacturers. Faced with the continuous decline of factory prices, the factory's profit point was squeezed lower and lower, and Hand was forced to a crossroads for the first time: I think it is unsustainable for a production-oriented enterprise to continue like this, and it is very bad for the development of the whole air compressor industry in China. Therefore, I began to take the first step towards the direction of self-owned brand. I immediately organized a team and quickly established my own warehouse center in the country. Starting from the establishment of marketing company, I quickly set up more than 20 sales branches in the country to ensure the rapid spread of marketing network. After the successful establishment of branches in various regions, people soon got to know Hand. With a large number of orders as the premise, we continue to set up marketing branches in the remaining provinces and cities. In terms of product planning, based on the current factory capacity and Hande's market position, we only focus on permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressors and two-stage compression. Hand came up with the brand store concept when he was laying out a national marketing network. The purpose of opening the "brand store" is to quickly establish the brand image, hope that the market and consumers of the registered trademark, the mission of the hand, the high cost performance of the hand equipment can be quickly recognized and recognized. Although we have taken a number of measures to support the store: decoration subsidies, regional protection, technical guidance, brand promotion and other support, but the brand road is a long road, the current effect is not very ideal. What is terrible is the peers who silently and carefully manage the brand, practice their internal skills and improve the quality. I think at present many domestic brands still take price as the primary weapon, as long as the price is low enough not afraid of customers. Just like the earlier Hand, because of the lack of attention to quality led to the loss of a lot of customers. After reviewing the pain, we made a lot of improvement work later, and the quality improved constantly. We won the favor of old customers and more new customers again, and got the enthusiastic support and encouragement of dealers.
