The DS-H series heatless regeneration dryer is designed based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, which rapidly reduces the

pressure of the adsorbent that has reached saturation of adsorbed water under pressure to atmospheric pressure. At this time, theadsorbed water desorbs on its own, achievina the regeneration and desorption of the adsorbent and the diusion of the desorbed wateioutside the machine. The method of regeneration using the above principle is called pressure drop method. Due to the use of the heat

generated by the adsorbent during the adsorption process, coupled with a small portion of dry ar being introduced into the adsorbent to beregenerated, the pressure drop method is also known as thermoless regeneration. The heatless regeneration dryer adopts a dual towerpressure swing adsorption and heatless regeneration process, its working principle is that one adsorption tower performs adsorotiondrying under working pressure, while the other adsorotion tower uses a portion of its own dry gas and reduces the pressure to nealatmospheric pressure as the regeneration gas to regenerate it, The dual tower switching is performed at a fixed switching time to continuouslv provide dry gas
